Does an Oregon Bicyclist have to Yield to Pedestrians in a Crosswalk

Here the answer is simple: yes.

Oregon cyclists riding on the "highway" must follow all of the same laws that motor vehicle operators must follow. This includes yielding to pedestrians in a crosswalk.
